Soccearth is a way of understanding the sizes of small things. Imagine a soccer ball blown up to the size of the Earth. What would things look like? That is the place we call Soccearth.

Protozoa on Soccearth vary from the size of factories, about 500 meters across to the size of Long Island, 100 km across. Typically they are the size of large factories 3 km across.
