Soccearth is a way of understanding the sizes of small things. Imagine a soccer ball blown up to the size of the Earth. What would things look like? That is the place we call Soccearth.

Algae are generally much larger than protozoa. On Soccearth they vary from the size of factories 1 km across to (in the case of seaweeds) structures far larger than Soccearth itself.

This is the last entry for Soccearth. Soccearth is designed to show the relative sizes of objects too small to see. With the algae we have come to forms of life we can see, so we do not need Soccearth to help us to judge their sizes.
