Soccearth is a way of understanding the sizes of small things. Imagine a soccer ball blown up to the size of the Earth. What would things look like? That is the place we call Soccearth.

Nucleic acid on Soccearth is a twisted rope about 10 cm thick - something like this lamp post. It can vary in length from several meters to hundreds of kilometers long.
