These Terms and Conditions apply to all transactions on this site. They do
not affect your statutory rights.
PRICES AND PAYMENT
Prices and charges on this site are either in UK pounds or US dollars. They
include any taxes payable and delivery charges.
LIABILITY
This web site is provided 'as is' without any warranty as to accuracy.
APPLICABLE LAW
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance
with the laws of England and any disputes will be decided only by the English
courts.
PAYMENT
Payments are handled by PAYPAL. You can pay by credit card, debit card, a bank
account or PAYPAL funds.
You do not need to open a PAYPAL account to make payments. However, you will
have the option of opening a PAYPAL account after completing the payment. Payment
is taken at the point when you order the goods.
CANCELLATION
You have the right to return any goods which are unsatisfactory for any reason
within 7 days of receipt. You will return them in good condition and bear the
cost of postage. We will then refund in full your original purchase price.
However you will not have the right to cancel:
- audio or video recordings or computer software if they are unsealed by
you;
- books or other goods personalised to your requirements, for example by
inscription by the author.
